You are invited to participate in a FREE health and nutrition screening as part of a study on nutrition for the prevention of diet-related diseases.
The criteria for participation:
Nationality: Malaysian
Ethnic group: MALAY
Age: 30-65yrs old
The FREE health and nutrition screening includes:
1) Filling up a short questionnaire on food intake.
2) Height, weight, blood pressure and body composition measurements.
3) Blood test for screening of diabetes, cholesterol, liver function & uric acid.
4) Dna sample with a simple swab.
FREE nutritional advice and a copy of the blood test report will be provided. Light and healthy snacks will be served too so COME and JOIN US!
